This event is being run as part of a project to promote the Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism (HLTT) sector in Lambeth.
The project is being carried out by Management Focus and Gavurin, specialist economic development companies that have worked extensively in the sector across London.
Restaurants and bars dominate the sector and make up over half of all businesses and employment.
Our research has also shown that some businesses are doing well, whereas others could do a lot better.
