Interim Management
We have managed a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors. While we tend to be involved in delivering some aspect of the project work, we are also able to operate as a neutral third party focused solely on ensuring that the various contractor/operators deliver to an agreed programme schedule.
As a Chartered Engineer, Martin is well placed to manage a wide range of projects, especially those involving technical and commercial aspects.
We routinely operate under PRINCE 2 and utilise tools such as MS Project to plan and track progress.
