BPP Toolkit
A client approached Martin to help solve a challenge that was proving problematic. To complete a contract they needed to prepare toolkit that would assist other organisations to run mentoring based business partner programmes. Unfortunately, the client was finding this difficult to achieve.
A very limited budget and short timescale demanded a focused effort to get the work done. After meeting with the client and the original programme funder it was clear what had to be done.
The work involved reviewing the key components of the programme, speaking to participants, and reflecting on how the participating mentors and mentees were matched. From this Martin prepared a concise 28 page document written for people whose first language was not English.
The funders were fully satisfied with the final result, which meant that the client was able to get the programme signed-off.
