Market Research – EBP
Martin was the project manager on this assignment undertaken by Knowledge Peers plc f0r an Education Business Partnership (EBP) operating in the West of London. The EBP was faced with a major challenge following the withdrawal of Government funding.
The EBP commissioned Knowledge Peers plc to undertake market research to establish whether or not there was likely to be sufficient business for the organisation to survive.
The work involved:
- A review of Government policy
- Interviews with businesses, educational establishments and stakeholders
- Preparation of revenue and cost forecasts
- Preparation of likely scenarios
- Feedback and engagement with the Board
The Board were impressed with the work and are now considering their options.
