In a number of cases we are asked to address specific issues that need short focussed activity. These commissions tend to be very varied and rely on Martin’s broad experience. For example, it may be about looking forward and running a strategy away day, facilitating inter-team working or ‘sorting out a problem’.
These assignments may utilise consultation skills or training techniques. However, they are more often about being very focused on a single task and getting this finished as a matter of urgency.
