We have undertaken a wide range of research based projects.  This covers both primary and secondary work.

Primary research includes qualitative and quantitative methods.

  • Face to face and telephone based interviews with senior executives.
  • Focus groups to explore issues affecting multiple businesses or staff spread across the same organisation.
  • Online, telephone and web-based surveys.  Undertaken to Market Research Society standards.

Secondary research.

  • Extraction of National Statistics or other data sources.
  • Reviews of published material including annual reports, government policy, and specialist reports.
  • Web based searches.

All our research is practical and designed to meet ‘so what’ tests.  For example our research must have a purpose and enable clients to make more informed decisions.
