Setting up Cluster Initiatives

We have significant expertise and experience in working with a variety of business sectors and cluster models.  The benefit of engaging the business community in economic development is generally well established, however, making this happen is much more challenging.  Our private sector experience ensures that we are fully aware of what needs to be done and how to do it.

We have worked with businesses in tourism, business services, food and drink, and film, television and music.

We cover a range of activities:

Over the last few years business clusters have been adopted and discarded almost as economic development fashion items.  Our experience allows us to advise when and where cluster approaches are relevant and what methods to adopt.
